Registered Office Service

SMART Company Formations currently acts as the Registered Offices for thousands of companies.

Every company must have a Registered Office listed with Companies House. The Registered Office address need not be the companies trading address and is often the address of the company incorporating the company.

The service is often used by people who trade from their homes and do not want this information held on public record at Companies House, or are not allowed to use their address for trading (e.g. against the terms of a lease).

The service includes all mail forwarding costs for statutory mail from the Inland Revenue, Companies House and other Governmental bodies.

Clients may upgrade to mail forwarding service to include other forms of mail including trade mail, promotional mail etc. This service is charged depending on mail volume.

The Registered Office service that Smart Company Formations provides is renewed annually and a reminder will be sent to you sixty days before your renewal.
